Child Safety Standards
Last updated July 2026
Our commitment
Zeeka has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Content or behaviour that sexualises, endangers, or exploits a minor has no place here and is removed the moment we become aware of it. These standards sit alongside our Community Guidelines and Terms & EULA, and reflect our compliance with applicable child-safety laws and app-store standards.
You must be 13 or older
Zeeka is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use it. We ask for a birth year at sign-up, reject anyone under 13, and apply safer defaults to younger users. Accounts we believe belong to a child under 13 are removed.
What is strictly prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any depiction, real or generated, of a minor in a sexual context.
- Sexualisation of minors, including sexualised text, comments, or descriptions.
- Grooming, enticement, or any attempt to sexually solicit, exploit, or meet a minor.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or sharing/soliciting sexual content of a minor.
- Sharing a minor's personal or contact information for exploitative purposes.
How we prevent and act on it
- Anyone can report a message or user in-app; reports are confidential and prioritised.
- Content that passes a reporting threshold is automatically hidden pending review.
- Confirmed CSAE content is removed and the account is permanently banned — no strikes, no appeals.
- We preserve relevant evidence and report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where required, to local law enforcement.
- We act on CSAE reports as our highest priority, typically well within 24 hours.
How to report
In the app, open the message or the user’s handle, choose Report, and select the child-safety reason. You can also email our child-safety team directly at childsafety@zeeka.app. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Report to authorities
You can report suspected child exploitation directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org. Outside the United States, contact your national child-protection hotline or law enforcement.
Designated child-safety contact
Our point of contact for child-safety matters, including questions from regulators and app stores, is childsafety@zeeka.app.
