Zeeka

Terms of Service & EULA

Last updated June 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of Zeeka (the “Service”), an always-on public chat that AI distills into mood-labelled rooms. By creating an anonymous handle, posting a message, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Zeeka.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

Zeeka has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You agree to this policy before you post anything. There is no warning system for serious violations: content that is objectionable and users who are abusive are removed.

You may not post, transmit, or solicit any content that:

  • Harasses, threatens, bullies, or intimidates any person.
  • Promotes hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
  • Is sexually explicit, sexualizes minors, or is otherwise pornographic or obscene.
  • Is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or facilitates harm to others.
  • Is spam, a scam, fraud, or otherwise deceptive or manipulative.
  • Infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

We moderate content and may remove any content, hide it, or suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these Terms — at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Users who post objectionable content or abuse others are ejected from the Service.

3. Acceptable use

Zeeka is a public space. Treat it like one. Be civil, stay on the right side of the law, and do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent the Service or its safety systems. You are responsible for everything posted from your account.

4. Your content and the license you grant

You retain ownership of the messages and other content you post (“User Content”). Because Zeeka is a public stream that the Service organizes, summarizes, and displays, you grant Zeeka a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and create summaries/derivative arrangements of your User Content for the purpose of operating, moderating, and improving the Service. This license ends when your User Content is deleted, except for residual copies kept for legal, security, or backup purposes for a limited time.

You represent that you have the rights to the content you post and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.

5. Moderation and removal

All User Content may be reviewed by automated systems and human moderators. Content reported by the community is reviewed, and content that passes a reporting threshold is automatically hidden pending review. We may remove content or accounts at any time. See our Community Guidelines for details on reporting, blocking, and what is not allowed.

6. License to use the app

Subject to these Terms, Zeeka grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Zeeka application on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time. See Account Deletion for instructions.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeeka is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from content posted by other users.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Questions about these Terms can be sent to privacy@zeeka.app.
